The Odysseus project it has been completed in September 2025. It is located at 189 Odysseus Street and 1 Agiou Nikolaou Street, in Kallithea, Dali. 

We began work in October 2023 .

The project is situated very close to the 4th Elementary School of Idaliou and the Church of St. Constantine and St. Helen. This project consists of four residences: two independent two-story homes, one corner two-story home, and one single-family two-story home. 

They are equipped with provisions for air conditioning systems, electric car charging, and security cameras. Each home includes an installed 3KW photovoltaic system, an en-suite in the master bedroom, three bathrooms, a laundry and dryer area on the upper floor, a covered parking space, a garden, and a yard. The residences also have an A-grade Energy Performance Certificate.
