Building Dreams: Our Signature Projects

The new project is located in Latsia, near High school Latsia , at 64 Argolidos Street, and was completed in 2028.

The project has been completed and all the houses have been sold.
The new project, named Panagia 2, is currently under construction in the Sopaz area of Nicosia District. The development consists of two two-storey residences built on a plot of 639 sq.m., located at 20 and 22 Andrea Ferekkidi Street. Both houses are at an early stage of construction. Each residence will offer an internal covered area of 182 sq.m., 3.5 sq.m. of covered verandas, 26 sq.m. of uncovered verandas, and 32 sq.m. of covered parking space.

The project has been completed. One detached house and one semi-detached three-bedroom house (corner unit) are under construction in the Sopaz–Panagia area of Nicosia District. Each residence offers approximately 165 sq.m. of covered internal area, 6.24 sq.m. of covered verandas, and 23 sq.m. of covered parking space.

The Odysseus project is currently under construction. It is located at 189 Odysseus Street and 1 Agiou Nikolaou Street, in Kallithea, Dali. 

This is a luxurious residence in Kaimakli, completed in July 2025, built on a private plot with a large yard. The house features three bedrooms with wardrobes and en-suite toilets, an imposing entrance with a marble pattern, as well as a large veranda with a barbecue, offering comfort and high aesthetics for every family

The project is located in Dali, very close to Carolina Park, at 104 Fotou Fotiadi Street and 2 Ydras Street.

The project in Gsp is a contract that we have undertaken and was completed in December 2024. It is a luxurious residence, built on an entire plot, which consists of open spaces on the ground floor, with an impressive kitchen, large terrace and garden.
The upper floor includes three comfortable bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom.
Special attention was given to the location of the main entrance, so that the building integrates harmoniously with the fencing of the plot and ensures the privacy of the family.

The project is located in Dali, in the Kallithea area, at 23 Ikarou Street, and was completed in 2021.
