The project in Gsp is a contract that we have undertaken and was completed in December 2024, combining modern aesthetics with high quality construction. The residence, built on a private plot, is characterized by clean architectural lines, minimal design and functional color scheme.

The lower floor includes open living, dining and kitchen areas, with large opening surfaces that allow natural light to flood the interior. The impressive kitchen, the spacious terrace and the well-kept garden create an ideal space for moments of relaxation and hospitality.

The upper floor hosts three comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Special attention was given to the location of the main entrance and the configuration of the surrounding area, so that the building is harmoniously integrated into the plot and the family's absolute privacy is ensured.
